The Mortgage Protection industry is a rapidly-growing market and we are seeking a self starter, who wants to impact families through their work. Someone who is looking to grow and develop the skills needed to be a successful insurance agent. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

This is a work from home position with great earning potential and no cold calling. The right candidate would be highly driven and self-motivated while also being coachable as we will train the right person. This position allows you to focus on your personal production, but we are seeking individuals with a desire to own their own business and build their own agency.

We provide & continuously train on our phone & presentation scripts; in addition, we offer:

• We focus primarily on MORTGAGE PROTECTION but also work with other products such as, final expense, debt free life, and retirement solutions.

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients

• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs

• Resolve client inquiries and complaints

• Expand business reach through networking techniques

• Comply with insurance standards and regulations

• Work your Own Schedule

• Personalized Mentorship Program & Ongoing Training Calls

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Strong negotiation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Benefits :

• Earn 40-50K average commission part time, earn 80-100K average commission first year full time income

• Commissions paid daily

• Work only with clients that have requested information - NO COLD CALLING or door-to-door sales!

• Having a license is a plus but we will train the right person, with no experience necessary.
