The Blake by QSL Management (QSLM) is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee and lead The Blake At Biloxi in Biloxi, Mississippi. This leader must be core value driven and champion the phrase, "We Serve Others". They must be able to build and maintain a culture where team members can grow and thrive yet push for excellence in all areas of operations and resident care.

Our ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of industry experience. Of which, 2 years should reflect a supervisory role in healthcare or related industry, preferably as an executive director in a senior living community. Additionally, our candidate should have exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of hiring, retaining and developing strong core value driven teams at all levels.
