Our client is currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative!
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Primary point of contact for French language Customer Service calls along with all incoming calls on the main reception line for English and French incoming calls, for both Brampton and Ottawa Offices, Order Desk, eOrder, I-Trade, Email, Invoicing, Credits, Product Returns, all Foodservice / Hospital Customer Service related queries, other duties, as assigned. Some general office and administrative duties, as required.
Receive Customer Complaints. Generates a Complaint # and responds to the Customer, confirming receipt and status. Works with QA for Complaint resolution and Credits/Invoice Adjustments, as required. Maintains the Complaint Log/Spreadsheet Daily, along with internal daily reports for all new Complaints.
Translate documents upon request between French to English, or English to French for internal and external clients.
This is a Permanent, Full-time role!
