Call Center Representatives needed to support a Call Center Management team

Pay Rate: $20

Long Term Temp Assignment

Our client is one of the largest pension funds in New York, representing thousands of workers in across the nation.

 

Responsibilities:

· Answering a high volume of Inbound calls daily from union members with questions related to employee benefits, including, medical, dental, vision and more

· Ensuring members are well-informed on benefits packages and that any questions or concerns they have are promptly addressed

· Escalating or transferring calls to the appropriate channels as needed

· Analyzing and collecting member information, making any necessary changes to the company's internal database

 

Requirements:

· Previous experience working in a customer service/call center environment & ACD phone systems

· 2 year of mathematical, statistical or accounting experience is preferred

· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and using UPS

· Excellent communication skills both written and interpersonal

· Bachelor’s degree preferred
