Customer Program Manager- Commercial and Aerospace Experience

Commercial and Aerospace Experience is a must!

Responsible for assisting customers via phone or email. Includes data entry of customer information and working with buyers to facilitate customer orders. Maintain customer pricing agreements. Manage recovery plans related to delivery and/or quality.

Follow all established quality management system procedures and work instructions as applicable.

Provide updates on customer supplied weekly status reports.

Receiving, entering, and confirming all RFQ’s are on time.

Receiving, entering, confirming orders, requesting customer supplied material, tools, and gauges upon order entry.

On time delivery-production/program reviews.

Customer online portal maintenance – responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery ratings correspond with Vitron’s internal data.

Daily interface with the Customer and Sr. Management, including periodic visits to customer facilities.

Must have excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Good knowledge of database and computer application systems.

Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and/or customer accounts as required.

The ability to analyze data and make educated decisions that may affect the program.
