Job Description

 

This component contractor is designed to aid SOMs (senior operation managers) in the promotion of all business and service activities of The Associate(s) Consortium, within the specified regions throughout the state of Florida.

In order to qualify for this role, candidates must be or become qualified as a Claims Adjuster, Paralegal/Business Consultant, Insurance (P&C) Broker, Real Estate Associate.

We are seeking to fill and develop twelve (12) candidates throughout the state of Florida in the following regions: one candidate per region.

Region 1: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes counties

Region 2: Washington, Jackson, Calhoun, Bay, Gulf, Liberty, Franklin counties

Region 3: Gadsden, Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Madison, Taylor

Region 4: Hamilton, Suwannee, Lafayette, Dixie, Columbia, Gilchrist, Union, Alachua

Region 5: Duval, Clay, Baker, St. Johns, Bradford, Nassau, Putnam

Region 6: Marion, Hernando, Citrus, Sumter

Region 7: Lake, Seminole, Orange, Osceola, Volusia, Brevard, Indian River

Region 8: Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee

Region 9: Hardee, Desoto, Highlands, Glades, Polk

Region 10: Okeechobee, St. Lucie, Martin

Region 11: Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Hendry

Region 12: Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Broward, Monroe

***Regions 5,6,8,12 are Currently Filled***

Note: This Is a fee and commission base contractor position.

COMPENSATION: RSA/Contractor agrees to assign all third party derived commissions and other compensation to The Associate(s) Consortium, LLC during their contract term with the company. (This will particularly become necessary when the RSA is required to execute a separate or additional contract with any of its third party affiliate business relationships.) The Independent Contractor acknowledges that the Company has the sole discretion to adjust commission, compensation, and expense charges that appear to the Company not to be reasonable for the actual work performed.

  1. RSA/Contractor will be compensated on a 70/30% split basis, with the RSA/contractor receiving 70% and the Company receiving 30% for any monies derived from product/service activities performed by the RSA/Contractor on behalf of the Company.

  1. Any RSA once qualified as a Regional Specialist Associate (RSA) (*) by obtaining credentials in the following areas: Claims Adjuster, Business Consultant, Insurance(P&C) Broker, Real Estate Associate, will additionally be entitled to receive 25% reimbursement of all direct educational expenses incurred in qualifying for the RSA status. They further agree to reimburse the company if this agreement is terminated any time prior to obtaining RSA status and any time post obtaining RSA status for a period of 3yrs under the provision herein.

  2. Property Casualty Broker:

RSA Book of Business Vesting will commence at the 3 year mark. In the event the RSA or The Company terminates this agreement the vesting of the book of business they have built will be assigned to the agency they direct. The rate will be 70% to them and The Company will retain 30%.

Payments: RSA/Contractor agrees to pay company $50.00 per month for usage/ access to Jenesis Management System. ___________ Initials

D. Claims Adjuster: The RSA/Contractor agrees to represent and work on behalf of the company. After which time the RSA/contractor may continue under the current agreement with the company or with 30 days prior written notice, may be released from this agreement. The company may terminate this agreement at anytime with 30 days written notice. Should the RSA/Contractor breach or terminate the agreement, they shall reimburse in full all financial assistance provided by the company towards obtaining licensing or other claims adjusting activities. Additionally, RSA/Contractor if deployed by the company through an outside vendor, RSA/Contractor will owe the company one-time placement fee of $500.00. Funds will be due by 2nd pay period of that deployment. Should the RSA/Contractor breach or terminate the agreement without payment, the company shall pursue legal remedies.

Additionally, once qualified, the Regional Specialist Associate will be entitled to:

  1. $100 bonus per unit quarterly for the specialist with the most converted $ activity within each business unit.

  2. After qualifying and 3 years tenure, a Bonus of 1k.

  3. An annual bonus equivalent to 1% of the net positive revenues of the company earnings.
