Job Description

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our Miami based team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing security related information and resolving account issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Provide information about the customer account and security services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Speak English and Spanish
  • Pass Criminal Background check
  • Pass Drug test screening
  • Able to work some weekends
  • On the Job Training program
