Job Description

Both full-time and part-time positions available in Blount and Jefferson counties.

Job Duties:
• Coach, advise, participate, and partner alongside adults with intellectual disabilities and/or other developmental disabilities with care and daily living skills in a residential setting
• Lift, bathe, clean and feed individuals served
• Some housekeeping required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Related experience preferred, but not required
• CNA certification a plus, but not required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

Physical Requirements:
• Frequent standing and walking for extended periods of time; hand dexterity; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; listening to sounds both near and far
• Occasionally sitting required
• Frequently lift and/ or move more the 100 pounds
• Specific vision ability required to include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception.
