The Specialist – Online Banking is responsible for setup and maintenance of various online banking and treasury management platforms.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes setup and maintenance of bank and bank account relationships within ADMs proprietary system.
Establishes and maintains online banking and treasury management credentials with ADM partner financial institutions.
Gathers and disseminates regularly scheduled online bank reporting to internal clients, e.g. monthly statements.
Assists Financial Operations team with compiling transaction data related to interest credits, CD maturities and purchases.
Assists the FI Client Services team by collecting and reporting rate information.
Ensures compliance with ADM policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Demonstrates professional conduct and interacts in a positive manner with co-workers, clients, and business partners.
Participates in ongoing professional development and training programs to further develop knowledge and skills.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Two to four years’ experience in a banking environment or similar financial institution is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship management skills required, as this role interacts with staff at all levels.
Ability to apply the following mathematical concepts to practical situations: fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Ability to use various computer applications such as: MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
