Searching for a Director - Client Services to join our team! This role would be accountable for the management and development of existing client relationships and ensuring that exceptional customer service is always provided.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
> Acts as primary relationship manager for corporate (non-public) clients.
> Provides solutions and identifies cross-sales opportunities.
> Research and learn about industries ADM’s referral partners serve to become the “subject-matter expert” in each industry (i.e. Opportunity Zones, property management, block-chain, etc.)
> Promotes merchant services to clients and serves as primary liaison to merchant services provider.
> Conducts regularly scheduled calls and meeting with clients to review analytics, answer questions, etc.
> Oversees the successful on-boarding of new clients.
> Develops and refines client services-related policies and procedures to standardize functions within the department and organization.
> Maintains knowledge of core products and services and refers clients and prospects accordingly.
> Performs other duties as assigned.

> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field or ten+ years of equivalent work experience.
> Five plus years’ experience in a financial institution environment.
> Thorough knowledge and understanding of treasury management functions, operations, and client interactions/sales.
> Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship management skills required, as this role interacts with staff at all levels.
> Ability to apply the following mathematical concepts to practical situations: fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
> Ability to use various computer applications such as: MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
