Join our team today! We are seeking a Director – Financial Institution Client Services, accountable for the management and development of existing financial institution (FI) relationships. They will work closely with our VP of Client Services, while looking over our Client Service Specialists.
DESCRIPTION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
> Manages assigned Financial Institution portfolio with emphasis on account pricing, product alignment, funding, etc.
> Makes note of contact with portfolio/leads in appropriate relationship management system in order to provide accurate, regularly scheduled reporting to Sales and leadership team.
> Consistently identifies opportunities to expand relationship with partners. (E.g. collateralize account options, deposit agreements/side letters, interest-bearing D.D.A., surety bonds, etc).
> Acquires/sources liquid and term deposit rate information from Financial Institutions.
> Participates in sales, due diligence, and on-boarding calls in conjunction with Sales team.
> Mastery of bank call report data.
> Proven ability to negotiate terms, rates, and products.
> Ability and drive to continually create new client and/or institutional relationships to help ADM achieve all sales and profit goals.
> Dedication to 100% accuracy and completion within company guidelines.
> Assists in preparation of Requests for Proposal, with emphasis on term deposit pricing and structure.
> Performs other duties as assigned.

> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field.
> Five plus years’ director/VP level experience in a financial institution environment preferred.
> Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation helpful but not required.
