The Advance Group has partnered with a Bowling Green, OH food distribution company looking to start people immediately on first shift. No experience required and start immediately!
Shift for the Factory Worker:
- 7am-7pm Monday-Friday
- Or 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
- Saturdays as needed
Pay for the Factory Worker:
- Starting pay is $14.50/hr.
- $15/hr. after 90 days
- Retention bonuses- $500 after 30 days and again after 60 days!
Requirements for the Factory Worker:
- Must be able to work in 35 degrees
- Must be willing to cross train
- Attention to detail
- Work around chlorine
Job Duties for the Factory Worker:
- Will work on a moving line packaging single serving salads
- Will cross train on bean grading, packaging, making boxes, coring cabbage.
