This 870+ acute care facility Labor and Delivery and Post-Partum department includes 15 spacious birthing suites and 25 Mother Baby rooms. The Postpartum Nurse Manager will report directly to a Women's Services Nurse Director. The hospital is looking for RN, BSN and would be motivated to quickly interview MSNs. Necessary nursing experience includes: Postpartum, LDRP or Mother-Baby. Nurses with certification in Maternal Newborn Nursing (RNC-MNN) will stand out. Experienced Nurse Educators or Clinical Nurse Leaders should also consider this opportunity if they are looking to take a step in Hospital Leadership.
The Postpartum Nurse Manager will be expected to lead the Mother / Baby Nursing team as they work to care for and treat patients with the highest quality of care.
