Interviews are underway for an Assistant Director of a Solid Tumor Oncology Unit at in one of the Greater NYC / Northern NJs premier healthcare systems.

The Assistant Director will lead a team of 60 FTEs on this 32-bed unit that is a mix of Cancer and Telemetry patients. The leader will report to a Senior Director and have Assistant Nurse Manager and Nurse Educator supporting them on this bustling unit.

The hospitals desires candidates with the following experience:

Education: RN, BSN/ MSN desirable

Experience: Oncology and Leadership

Certification: OCN desirable
