Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Commission Structure:

• Tier One: $0-$19,999 in Monthly Sales
  • 1% to be paid as a monthly commission following the close of the calendar month.
• Tier Two: $20,000-$29,999 in Monthly Sales
  • 2% to be paid as a monthly commission following the close of the calendar month.
• Tier Three: $30,000-$39,999 in Monthly Sales
  • 3% to be paid as a monthly commission following the close of the calendar month.
• Tier Four: $40,000-$49,999 in Monthly Sales
  • 4% to be paid as a monthly commission following the close of the calendar month.
• Tier Five: $50,000+ in Monthly Sales
  • 5% to be paid as a monthly commission following the close of the calendar month.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers including but not limited to:
  • Firearms, Ammunition, Hunting and Fishing Supplies, as well as Fireworks/Explosives.
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a federal background check and able to handle firearms lawfully
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with retail sales platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
