We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist!!! - We offer Excellent Pay, Employee Only Company Paid Health Insurance, Growth!

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years proven working experience providing accounting services, particularly AP services, as an Accountant or equivalent position at a corporate-level.
  • Prefer experience in a multi-level entity and/or government contracting environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to contribute positively to a team environment!

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Communicate with vendors about payment for their services
  • Process invoices from third-parties
  • Track expenses in a general ledger
  • Collect expense reports and purchase orders from other departments
  • Reconcile all outstanding debts

The Location: This position will work out the office located in Anchorage, AK. Located right next to the Park Strip downtown at, 101 E 9th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501.
