The Account Manager is responsible for all of the financial aspects of their portfolio of properties including collection of assessments (account receivables), account payables, journal entries, financlal reporting and budgeting. The successful candidate must be very detail oriented, work well on a timeline and as a team and must be able to speak at annual meetings in front of members of the associations. Some night and Saturday meetings are required.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with C-3 is preferred but not required. Competitive salary with benefit package. Salary commensurate with experience.
