About The Role

Tevora is seeking an entry level Network Engineer to support Tevora's infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have basic Network Engineer and Server Management understanding along with troubleshooting skills, monitoring, and customer service experience. Completion of the program may lead to a full-time role.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain computer networks including Firewall, Router, Switches, other physical hardware and Cloud services.
  • Install and configure network and server equipment.
  • Creating Firewall and updating virus protection software and data security systems to in line with Tevora compliance requirements.
  • Monitoring computer systems to improve network and system performances for all systems.
  • Troubleshooting, resolving and communication network and system issues to other employees and management.
  • Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems.


  • Love and desire to maintain Network infrastructure, "OWN IT".
  • Excellent written, verbal communications and customer service skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week.
  • Minimum associate degree or completion of course work at a technical school.
  • Natural problem-solving abilities in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Able to research and troubleshoot issues along with review and potentially design new solutions as needed.
  • Functional knowledge of Firewalls, Cloud Services, Network and Servers.
  • Applicable Network/System certification(s) a PLUS.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license as driving will be required in this role
