Job Summary

TestPros is seeking a Project Manager with experience managing automation testing projects and DevSecOps. Position will support contract with DHS Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) 

Position: Full-time

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship

Clearance: able to obtain a DHS/ICE Public Trust Clearance

Location:  Washington, DC and Remote

Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead and guide the work of technical staff. 

Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. 

Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. 

Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.  

Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize the benefit of technology and leverage methodologies that have a proven track-record of success. 

Support Agile Development, DevSecOps, and other methodologies including, but not limited to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipeline development methodologies. 

Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule, project charters requirements development and documentation, and project specific documentation such as (ex: Quad charts, relaying project status).

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience in planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Agency experience (ideally supporting ICE/OCIO/SDD/QA)

Experience leading multiple Agile/ DevSecOps teams (ideally testing-focused)
