Hiring for a Technical Admin within to work within our clients operation plant. This individual would work with all levels of operations to ensure projects are on track and delivered timely. We are seeking someone that takes pride in their work and works well with others. This environment is fast paced with multiple projects ongoing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Administrative stats support for billing requests and third party contract management for accurate reporting
- Ensure all orders are entered and inventory gets out on-time
- Provide administrative support in a service environment and serve as a liaison for operations managers, repair teams, third party vendors, contracts and invoicing.
- Direct and Third Party material management, inventory control and customer reporting.
- Operate within ticket and inventory management system
- Assist technicians in resolving inventory issues as needed
- Provide continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build working relationships with customers and Third Party Vendors
- Understand the various customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements to develop and maintain monthly reports
- Responsible for accurate and prompt third party contract and asset management; reporting of service tickets and activity, as well as other reporting as required
- Responsible for capturing detailed customer asset information and other data required to complete any invoicing or billing activities
