Job Description

Terralogic DynaQuest is looking for a Level I Support Desk Technician to be a part of a talented team. Selected candidate will be responsible for helping multiple managed services customers who are utilizing a variety of corporate LAN/WAN environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support and Support Desk assistance for multiple clients.
  • Troubleshooting & maintaining desktops and servers.
  • Take incoming calls and respond to email requests.
  • Monitor alert console, verify backup, antivirus and windows updates.

Qualifications

  • Experience and/or equivalent training in Windows desktop, server, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, Firewall, IT Security Practices.

This is a permanent full-time position with benefits in a growing company with a lot of opportunity. This opening is in our North Ogden office.
