Terradin is adding a new Remote Recruiter to their team!
**Previous recruiting experience and excellent communication is a must!**
This is a W2 position that offers a base salary with unlimited commission potential.
· Post, refresh and remove job ads from both our internal ATS system and national job boards
· Using various social media, professional websites and national job boards to source for passive candidates
· Visually screen applicants
· Schedule and conduct candidate phone screenings
· Develops, researches and identifies prospective talent providing hiring managers with a pipeline of qualified candidates
· Coordinate on behalf of our client phone, video or in-person interviews with approved candidates
· Disposition candidates and send them updates on their candidacy status
· Hold periodic telephone check in meetings with assigned clients for updates on job descriptions, open positions and pending candidates
· Participate in daily team conference calls
· Provide weekly candidate updates to the Recruiting Manager
· 1 year of previous recruiting experience is required
· Strong customer service mentality
· Strong attention to detail
· Superior communication skills
· Maintain a high sense of urgency
· Proven ability to successfully place candidates
