The TVA Bold Beginnings Internship Program is designed to provide real-world experience and professional development opportunities to talented undergraduate and graduate students. As a Bold Beginnings Intern, you will impact the future of TVA by collaborating and providing input to programs and projects.

To be considered, GPA and anticipated graduation date must be stated on the resume and a copy of a current transcript must be attached to the online application.

Eligibility Factors:

? Currently majoring in Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or other majors from an accredited college or university

? Must have completed at least 30 hours of college coursework

? Maintain a GPA of 2.75 or higher

? Currently enrolled as a full time student

? Have reached the age of 18 years old

? May be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance based on position, access requirements and essential job functions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

? Written and Oral Communication Skills

? Planning and Organization Skills

? Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

? Safety Skills and Awareness

? Coordination and Collaboration Skills

? Interpersonal Skills

Majority of positions will be located in Chattanooga, but other positions may be located in Nashville, Knoxville or at a plant location depending upon the business unit the position supports.

Students may be eligible for housing assistance if the TVA official work station is more than 50 miles from the student's permanent home address.

An overwhelming response is expected for a limited number of openings. Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted before January 15, 2020.
