We're looking for a HVAC Install Technician to join our team. Candidate must have prior installation experience with a minimum of 3 years verifiable experience. Preference will be given to candidates with prior verifiable service technician experience as well. The successful candidate will possess the interest and knowledge to to install residential and light commercial units. The right candidate will also have an extensive background in residential and commercial hvac equipment, with experience in gas furnaces, air conditioners, mini-splits and ventilation ductwork.

Responsibilities:

• Install package units, split units, and min-splits.
• Install ductwork as needed.
• Elicit customer feedback through reviews such as on Google, dispatching software, and social media.
• Grow professionally in skills and knowledge through continuing education, training, and professional development.
• Keep service vehicle stocked with necessary tools, parts, and equipment needed for jobs.
