Helpdesk Support Analyst - Remote

We are seeking a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients, from home, using remote support tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware (Windows & Mac) and software (Microsoft Office, antivirus, encryption, etc.)
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone and using remote support tools
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot client applications
  • Troubleshoot & diagnose basic network & server issues before escalating to our network & server engineers
  • Account life cycle management (on boarding, off boarding and role changes)
  • Track customer issues and resolutions in a ticketing system

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years previous experience in IT working with executives and end users
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Good spoken & written communication skills
