Tempest is seeking a full-time Account Executive to prospect and develop business with new and existing customers. This position requires an aggressive, energetic, self-motivated, and sales driven individual.

Location: Santa Barbara, CA
- Sales of Tempest’s products and services to assigned accounts.
- Generate new leads using sites including LinkedIn
- Prospect for new business by making outbound calls and emails to new prospects and current customers.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential customers.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to be extremely proactive and self-motivated to make calls and develop relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Aptitude and interest in technology.
Compensation: Base Salary plus commission
