Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Sales Associate to Join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining successful, long term client relationships and utilizing strategic sales models to grow your base of accounts. In addition to growth within the business you will be working to satisfy your customers’ needs and requests in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer focused.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term growth and success

  • Develop positive relationships with clients

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

  • Generate new business using existing potential customer networks

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customer networks

  • Reports on the status of accounts and transactions

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor sales metrics

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time

  • Proficiency with computers especially Microsoft excel (CRM Systems a plus) and strong typing skills

  • Adaptability and accountability

  • Detail Oriented and organized

  • Must have ability to Multitask

Schedule Availability:

Looking to hire for a start date in 60-90 days

Monday through Friday- 8 hour shifts within the hours of 7AM and 7PM

Job Type: Full-time

Work Environment: Hybrid structure – Home/Office
