Telecommunications Client Account Supervisor
- $32 to $38 Hourly
In-office positions available immediately! This is NOT sales or telemarketing - Fixed Hourly - NO Commissions. Telcom is a 33-year old established firm. NO remote work.

Are you a seasoned Help Desk Supervisor? Then we need you! (Must currently be supervising a team of at least 3)
You will be supervising telecommunications account management specialists! We manage the telecommunications infrastructure for Senior Housing sites, like Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Independent Living facilities. We take care of the staff, who take care of your grandma or grandpa! We never go on site, as ALL the work is done from the office.
- Minimum of two years supervising at least three direct reports
- Technical and billing knowledge of all types of telephone lines, Digital and IP PBX equipment and configuration, VoIP, internet service, and IT equipment like cable modems, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Extensive computer knowledge of Word, Excel, internet, emailing, and instant messenger
- Excellent communications skills, and a complete command of the English language, using proper grammar and punctuation.
- An obsession for the details and a thirst for telecommunications knowledge!

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with half of an hour for unpaid lunch time. This is an in-office position - no remote work.
