Customer Success Specialist

Come join our team as a Customer Success Specialist as we are ramping up for the summer months to service our many commercial accounts in the HVAC and maintenance industries.
You will work in a front desk reception function taking messages, and getting callers in touch with those that can help them and their emergency situations. You will be a part of a passionate and friendly team, working in a fast-paced environment.
We are currently hiring for Full Time - 10 Hour Shift, Onsite positions.
Your work will include:
Professionally handling incoming calls
Greeting callers with a polite and pleasant tone
Gathering and relaying required information
Verifying and entering information accurately into our system
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows based environment
- Good attendance
- The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Availability to work one weekend day

Compensation: $21 / Hour with Perfect Attendance
Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour.
Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
