Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Customer Service Representative to work on-site with our client, a top-tier aerospace company in Garden Grove, CA.
This is a contract position that will see the ideal candidate working alongside industry leading talent in a world-class environment.
Working in a fast-paced environment, this position will be the point of contact for customer interaction and will be required to work with various departments to provide quality service and deliver orders on time.
Responsible for sales cycle (quotation, order entry, process shipping docs, invoicing, follow up with the customer, etc.).
Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner and maintain customer relations.
Remedy customer issues. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Act as backup for front desk (i.e., covering phones, greeting visitors).
Cold call customers.
Work with customers to understand and anticipate future needs.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience.
