Job Description:
Main purpose
- Executes a communication strategy that links organizational goals with communication objectives, strategies, messages, and vehicles.
- Responsible for internal communications within the EMEX organization.
- Determines content topics, coordinates with others to obtain information, writes, edits designs, and sends to a selected audience.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Manage internal communications to project a positive image for the
- Manufacturing department.
- Create internal communications materials working with key stakeholders to collect content ideas (newsletters, internal social media, presentations, etc.)
- Support and evaluate the results of communication campaigns with the team.
- Communicate with presence and influence in both formal and informal settings, preparing and presenting persuasive written and verbal materials to executive-level leadership and/or large audiences
- Develop and sustain meaningful relationships at multiple levels of the organization to drive performance, build alignment, influence and execute
- Support multiple initiatives across EMEX, strengthen collaborative efforts through effective communication
- Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team with a 'sleeves rolled up' approach and in a collaborative manner
- Create a winning culture grounded in the LIFE 2.0 values
Required Experience:
- B.A. with 4+ years of experience in large-scale organizational communication
- Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in business or communication. Knowledge of manufacturing process, and organization. Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis.

- GOE Communication Specialist, GOE Change Management team, GOE team and EMEX colleagues
- Tell me about the team dynamic/culture. GOE Change Management team is 9 people, lead included. 1 Lead, 7 change managers, 1 communication specialist. The team is working on operational excellence initiatives.
