The Teicheira Team is a top producing Real Estate team with Harcourts Prime Properties in Orange County.  We specialize in selling properties through our Luxury Auction platform which has an amazing success rate and provides a stellar experience for both sellers and buyers.  We know luxury.  We know branding.  We help our clients Go Big so they can come home to the dream. Now we are looking to add to our team.

Position:  Full-Time Assistant

Seeking a highly professional individual with strong marketing skills, who is extremely organized, a highly productive multi-tasker with a sharp eye for detail.  Can bring a property to life using thematic copywriting and visuals, produce eye-grabbing social content using images and video. Enjoys both client-facing and administrative tasks and the processes to ensure the highest efficiency.  Must be responsive and available for clients and be committed to maintaining a high level of service.

You are ambitious with a desire to grow with the Team, have a thirst for knowledge and growth, possess incredible people skills, dedication to great work and support of others to become a significant collaborator in the future. 

Job Duties would include but are not limited to:

·         Professional and Personal Assistant to the Team Founder

·         Prospective buyer tracking and marketing

·         Produce creative marketing content including writing descriptive copy, social media content development and photography

·         Assist with marketing projects, research, events as needed

·         Managing transaction workflow and assist with team administrative duties

Having a real estate license is preferred or the willingness to become a licensed Realtor
