The Overall responsibility of the role is to provide technology leadership to the Account management and delivery team that serves customers in areas of Cloud Computing, Cognitive Services, Product/Application development, Infrastructure management, and testing, and together as a team thrives toward continuous customer satisfaction.
  • Meet with clients towards budgeting, planning, review, and reporting on software projects 15%
    • Quarterly, half-yearly, and annual budget meetings in accordance with the financial cycles of the client
    • Understand the client's project roadmap and provide the best suitable technology and resource plan to help manage goals
    • Provide visualized reports to clients on the allotted vs consumption budget at the end of project or financial timelines
  • Assign, review, and approve the work of Account Managers, Client partners, Technical Delivery managers, and other computer-related workers 20%
    • Assign territory areas and goals for account managers and client partners towards business development and continuously review and monitor those towards the company's success
    • Once the client provides the scope of work, assign the work to the leads and managers and work with them to help assign this to the right team members
    • Work with the product and delivery managers on approval and signoff of product releases
    • Do appraisal and approve timesheets for team members
  • Understand the company technology vision and assist the marketing team in building campaign material and presales content 15%
    • Based on the information provided from the business forecast provide technical solutions insights for future campaigns
    • Identify and build the presentations through the presales team
  • Understand the technology trend and help the company budget and build capabilities to serve new client demands and market needs 10%
    • Build information on the business forecasts from various sources like customer meetings and sales projections etc. to prepare for the demand
    • Understand similar skills to identify rescaling needs with internal or external training providers
  • Assist Account Managers to provide technology assistance in solving complex architectural and solutions of software problems and thereby demonstrate company's strength in the software Technology space 15%
    • Work with the clients to understand their product needs and help judge the optimal solutions with various cost comparisons and implementation readiness metrics
    • Guide the account managers to understand, and break the problem statements of customers into a possible solution
    • With strong engineering and customer-facing experience, guide the solutions team to provide the right solution aligning with the customer's needs
  • Implement Data and security Compliance processes as per the industry standards to meet end customer needs 10%
    • Follow client Data compliance needs, as per the guidelines set through their privacy team, and implement the same for the company with the help of the compliance team
  • Along with the solutions team, provide customer solutions and support Proof of concept building for customers working with the sales team with an outcome of a presentation, working software/prototypes, documentation 10%
    • Interact with the field sales team to define the company sales proposition and help build prototypes
    • Build Marketing materials and presentations and present them to client on in-person meetings and online meetings
  • Status reports 5%
    • Review weekly, monthly project reports directly or along with the delivery managers to ensure the project satisfies customer needs
    • Participate in QBRs with customers to help align Syrencloud business with the customer's vision of their product and solutions
