Technology by Design (a division of 360 Office Solutions) is a locally owned computer and network support business. We provide complete IT services for businesses and home users in the Billings area. Services include network administration, hardware sales and setup, repair, upgrades, structured cabling, virus removal/cleanup and backup solutions.
Technology by Design is seeking a full time customer service representative to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting customers by answering their phone calls and creating tickets for appropriate technicians within our ticketing system.
- Answer phone calls, create tickets and dispatch the appropriate technicians.
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns.
- Must be patient and polite, especially when dealing with difficult customers.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Track technician’s whereabouts for availability.
- Follow-up with technicians for completion of tickets.
- Provide professional administrative support and other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and co-workers
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Detailed oriented with good analytical skills a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
- Extremely organized. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and have strong problem solving skills.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Good work ethic, punctual and reliable.
- Knowledge of computer terminology is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
