We are looking for a Tier I Helpdesk Technician to join our dynamic team at our Round Rock, Texas office. We need someone with some technological expertise, initiative, enthusiasm, and is resolute in practicing industry proven solutions – no shortcuts. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and he/she must have excellent client communication and written skills. A professional manner and appearance is a must.
What Success at Technology Pointe Looks Like:
- Ensure client inquiries are responded to within established SLAs
- Day-to-Day Client IT Support
- Phone support for our clients at multiple locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve difficult and complicated issues
- Attention to Detail
- Ensure all correspondence and actions are documented properly and timely
- Create knowledge-based documents as aids for handling support issues
- Document customer configurations
- Provide after-hours coverage as a part of the on-call rotation team (1 week per quarter)
- 1-2 years’ experience working for an MSP a plus
