You will provide high-level customer service support to assist with incoming inquiries and respond to customers' emails by providing product and service information.
- Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of client's verticals, services and products to provide consistently excellent email support to customers.
- Respond to customer requests via email.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Provide visibility into opportunities to improve customer or team experience, coordinate with the technical team to identify and prioritize issues/feature requests and document issues.
- Thrive in high-pressure, highly charged and dynamic environments but also comfortable leveraging year-round training and professional development to effectively support all client's products.
- Assist in creating and maintaining client’s knowledgebase and Help Center articles to ensure relevancy and develop robust internal and customer-facing resources.
- Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Experience in providing Customer Service Support to assist with incoming inquiries via Email
- Previous experience in customer service, product support, email support or other related fields
- Experience in responding to customer emails, creating knowledge base articles and reporting/creating member and system issues
- Working knowledge using any Email Support Tools e.g. JIRA, Salesforce and Zendesk
- Proficiency in customer support processes, techniques and best practices
