Tech Service Today provides IT, Telecom & Cabling services across the US and Canada. We are growing like wildfire and need a dynamic junior account manager to join our team! We are looking for someone who is either just starting out in the business world and looking to grow with our company or has a few years of experience in the business world and is looking for a challenge & growth opportunity. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Senior Account Managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling and coordinating meetings between TST Teams and clients.

  • Emailing and calling existing client accounts to assist Senior Account Managers.

  • Creating Salesforce cases for customer issues and/or discrepancies.

  • Accurately notating and entering data of every client interaction.

  • Working with proposals team to review and send proposals out to clients.

  • Assisting with urgent client requests and issue escalations as needed.

  • Social media engagement including but not limited to LinkedIn.

  • Maintaining strong, long lasting client relationships.

  • Meeting departmental metrics & quotas (phone calls, emails, documentation, etc).

Job Requirements & Skills

  • College degree is preferred.

  • At least 2 years of customer service, sales, or account management experience is required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Very well spoken & articulate, and MUST have empathy for our customers.

  • Great customer service personality: Very outgoing, friendly, positive & outgoing can-do attitude, good sense of humor, goes above and beyond for customer: think Disney & Ritz Carlton.

  • Ability to solve problems and think quickly on feet.

  • High attention to detail and excellent note taker.

  • Must be able to type a minimum of 41 WPM with 98% accuracy.

  • Highly organized with great follow up both externally (customers and technicians) and internally (TST staff).

  • Highly accountable meeting personal & team task deadlines in a timely manner.

  • Takes pride in work and must be open to change & process improvement (believes in constant & never-ending improvement).

  • Excellent multi-tasker in a fast paced environment.

  • Willingness to learn and apply knowledge.

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot, & Field Point preferred, but not required.
