Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Pega)
Location: Camden, NJ
Job Type: 12 Months + Contract
W2 Only

The Business Systems Analyst shall provide direct support to the Contractor's Functional Expert regarding all functional aspects under this Contract and will assist the Functional Expert with functional tasks such as authoring detail design document and performing software testing. The primary responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst shall include, but are not limited to:

• Documenting meeting minutes during the weekly status meetings with Client throughout the Contract.
• Providing functional support throughout the Requirements Definition processes as needed throughout the Contract.
• Authoring detailed design documentation as needed throughout the Contract; and
• Providing functional expertise during the Development and the Testing processes throughout the Contract.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS
Business Systems Analyst(s) should possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Experience supporting environmental projects in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local Level).
• Experience supporting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Certified as Business Architect in Pega 7 (or newer).
• Certified as Product Owner in the SCRUM Agile methodology; and
• At least six (6) months of experience working with Atlassian's JIRA Project Management Software
