Job Description

TeamDynamix, a rapidly growing, award-winning SaaS Enterprise Automation and Integration platform provider is looking for a world class remote Chief Financial Officer to join our team.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead our finance organization, develop and implement financial and operational plans to drive growth, and support finance-based decision-making throughout the company.

About the Role

  • Actively influence company direction, growth strategy, product development plans and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop annual financial and operating budgets, cash flow projections, financial forecasts and models, and proactive financial and operational analyses.
  • Prepare all financial statements, investor reports, tax returns and governmental agency reports.
  • Direct and ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
  • Support data-driven decision making throughout the organization with operational and financial analyses and recommendations.
  • Actively participate in M&A efforts including sourcing, evaluation, due diligence and integration.
  • Analyze internal operations and drive improvements in operating efficiency.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with federal, state and local laws and regulations, and internal corporate policies.
  • Manage relationships external F&A service providers including banks, auditors and insurance agents, and vendors.

About You

  • 7+ years of proven success leading the finance function of an organization, preferably in a SaaS business environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of SaaS accounting standards.
  • Strong leader with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" leadership mentality.
  • Team player with excellent people and communication skills.
  • M&A experience, including sourcing, evaluation and analysis, due diligence and integration a plus.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • BS in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
