For Limited License (LLMSW and LLPC) the salary is $36,000-$37,000. For fully licensed (LMSW, LPC) the salary is $52,000-$54,000.
1.0 Position Title: Clinical Therapist
2.0 Basic Functions:
2.1 Complete initial assessments including co-occurring substance use issues, and facilitate Person Centered Planning Process to determine need for Individual, Family, and/or Group Therapy; in addition to providing crisis intervention and referrals to other services, as needed.
3.1 Master’s of Social Work Degree or equivalent degree, with possession of or ability to obtain, State of Michigan Licensure (LLMSW or LMSW)
3.2 Master’s Degree with licensure in Psychology through the State of Michigan (LLP or LP)
3.3 Master’s Degree with licensure in Counseling through the State of Michigan (LPC)
3.4 Employee must have a valid Driver’s License with a driving record that is acceptable to the company’s insurance providers.
3.5 Employees must provide their own reliable transportation to and from the office workplace/work related locations and to transport members, as needed, (without delay) in a HIPAA compliant environment, with/without advanced notice.
3.6 Ability to carry 24 hour crisis phone, and respond to crisis calls
4.0 Responsible to: Executive Director of Clinical Services or his/her designee
5.0 Duties and Responsibilities:
5.1 Provides integrated health care services through collaboration and communication with all professionals about the needs of our members in relation to their comprehensive treatment plan (IPOS) addressing biological, psychological and social needs
5.2 Assess patient needs by use of outcome improvement activities and motivational interviewing addressing all health issues and construct written comprehensive assessments
5.3 Demonstrate understanding and appropriate application of DSM Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders for multi-axial diagnosis from comprehensive assessments
5.4 Facilitate the Person Centered Planning process in a timely manner
5.5 Completion of Behavior Plans that address both mental health and substance use disorders, as applicable
5.6 Attend work related meetings and training's in a timely and professional manner
5.7 Monitor treatment provided to the member to assure that the member is receiving services designed to meet his / her wellness needs
5.8 Complete documentation related to all indirect and direct services subsequent to service using the Electronic Medical Record system
5.9 Ensure quality and compliance with applicable service timelines, documentation and Medical Record requirements
5.10 Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-services, and workshops
5.11 Maintain at minimum a 95% report card score, 70%productivity, and subsequent documentation
5.12 Maintain compliance with Human Resource file,including training and education requirements
5.13 All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director or his/her designee
