Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent. As the Inside Sales Specialist you’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities: Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Meet with Team Leader weekly to go over progress • Partner with a sales agent to nurture leads through initial handoff to contract • Coordinate with Marketing and Ops team members to deliver branded messages to leads during the nurture period Qualifications: Valid U.S.
driver’s license with the ability to travel by car At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Real estate license or pursuing required Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Qualifications: • Real estate license or pursuing required • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Gregarious, friendly, out-going personality a must • Team player • Basic computer skills and a laptop computer • Previous experience using a CRM such as SalesForce is a plus • Past sales experience as an inside sales associate or business development specialist, retail or outside sales representative, customer service rep in a call center, or similar position preferred • NJ Real Estate Salesperson's or Broker's License preferred (or currently pursuing or willing to pursue) About Company: Team Nest Builder is a long-established and highly successful full-service home selling team ranked in the top 1% of all Realtors in northern NJ.
