Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent that will be part of our team!

Applicants have to be enthusiastic and determined to prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads for buyers and sellers. You also have to schedule appointments for Listing and/or Buyers Specialists once a lead qualifies.

We are looking for a candidate who is a high performer, competitive, outgoing, people-oriented, and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects after the initial inquiry via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads.
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Inside Sales Agents, or ISAs, must have their real estate license
• Answers inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from people looking to buy or sell homes
• Makes 350+ outbound phone calls per day
• Follow up on leads
• Schedule appointments for Buyer Specialists and Listing Partners
• 40 hours per week in the office
• Plus, "on-call" evenings accepting inbound inquiries
• 50+ hours per week total

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission, First year ISAs on Team Lally typically earn $80,000+
