HVAC Service Manager

We currently have an opening for a Service Manager in our Service Department.
The ideal candidate will have management experience, preferably in the HVAC or similar trade industry, be forward thinking, a problem solver, and team builder. If you are looking for a company where you can put your skills to use then we want to hear from you!

Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, some weeknights and weekends

Pay scale:$65k - $75k, depending on experience; Base plus Structured Bonus Plan. Targeted compensation $100k!

Qualifications:
3+ years management experience, preferably in a trade industry; hvac a HUGE plus!
3+ years field hvac service experience
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Familiarity with pricing, billing, and ability to understand financial reports
Familiarity with directing warranty claims
