Job Description

One of our newest and growing clients is seeking a Part-time Bookkeeper to join their team located in the Tampa Bay area. This is a direct hire position and would require 10-15hrs per week in the office. Reference and background check will be required.

Bookkeeper Benefits and Compensation:

Bookkeeper Job Duties: 

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Complex billing
  • Creating projects in QuickBooks Online
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Process payroll
  • Special projects, as needed

Bookkeeper Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills
  • Team player willing to learn new tasks
  • Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail
  • Superb communications skills required
