Inside Sales Representative

The Position:
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work in our Somerville, New Jersey Headquarters. The candidate would work directly with a sales team of over ten people and our North East Sales Manager. This position will be fast paced with an opportunity to elevate yourself within the company.
Requirements:
• Previous work experience in field or inside sales, marketing or customer service
• Some familiarity with CRM platforms
• Extremely hard working and goal oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated individual willing to put in the extra effort
• Ability to collaborate and work with other team members
• Problem solving skills are a must
Responsibilities:
• Work in tandem with our Sales Manager to service our Sales Team
• Spearhead new sales campaigns
• Distribution of inbound and new customer leads to Sales Team
• Assist internally with new customer applications
• Provide monthly reports through our CRM System
• Inform and speak to new potential customers about Taylor Oil
• Help to resolve customer service related issues
• Handle the ins and outs of our sales process, products, and clientele
