We are a local Metal Roofing manufacturer in the Salem area seeking an outgoing self starter for an Office Support role in our front office! This position will perform clerical and administrative functions. This person will support our front office sales staff and other clerical functions of our business.
This position is full time (non-exempt) and onsite. No remote work is available for this position.
- Process all panel coating warranties
- Process all customer sample requests
- Order office supplies
- Support other branches with sales binder supplies and all other marketing materials
- Order and process all panel samples for stock
- Order and help process color chip sets for all branches
- Assist with filing and or locating customer invoices
- Manage employee and customer purchased merchandise
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
