We have an immediate need for a Customer Service- Sales to join a rapidly growing team.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our client's marketing and sales organization. They will assist the Sales/Marketing Manager in developing and executing a successful sales and marketing strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:· Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, account issues, and requests· Perform account changes and updates in a timely manner· Maintain and enhance client relationships· Assist with new client account setups· Ability to multitask and handle complex issues with clients
Opening new accounts
Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
Greet customers and create rapport
Responsible closing deals and processing payments
Responsible for customer follow-up
Developing leads and referrals
Create personal marketing plan
Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
No industry specific experience or background in sales is required but it can be helpful. If you have never done sales before our training program specializes in getting a new publisher going and supported the entire way. Training is conducted by our company executives and professional productivity team who have been teaching our proven systems for over a decade.
High School Diploma required.
Ability to understand the key aspects of selling on value as opposed to price.
Maintains a self-directed approach to the study of new products, literature, promotions and more.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Ability to establish rapport and closing sales
Excellent oral communication skills
