Job Description

Responsibilities

· Manages Parts Department staff and oversees receiving, warehousing and distribution processes for all inbound and outbound shipping of parts and equipment.

· Coordinates day-to-day activities of the Warehouse and Warehouse staff.

· Controls inventory levels in the warehouse and on a fleet of field service trucks and vans utilizing our internal software systems.

· Processing of all warranty returns.

· Oversight of phone and counter sales.

· Reviews, revises, and documents business processes to be followed by parts and warehouse staff.

· Generates reports and performs analysis for purposes of optimizing inventory and profitability

· Accountable for departmental Scorecard (KPI) metrics

· Works directly with leadership to ensure the needs of our teams are met timely and efficiently.

Qualifications

· Minimum 3-5 years of inventory and warehouse management.

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience using an inventory mgmt. software.

· Good analytical skills and critical thinking.

· Ability to quickly learn, become proficient, and train others on Inventory Management and Order Processing software

· Basic to intermediate experience writing Microsoft Excel formulas and using basic functions

· Basic working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word

· Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to interact with all levels of the company.

· Good time management skills.

· Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50lbs or more.

· Forklift experience preferred.
