The Staff Accountant will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks, including, keeping financial records updated, reconciling bank statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable. This is a full-time employment opportunity and will report to the CFO.

Minimum 3 years staff accounting experience
Bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Receivable
Competency with Microsoft Dynamic GP preferred
Positive attitude, organized, good communication skills and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft office, including Word and Excel
Competency with Quick Books not necessary but could help.
Provide accounting support to the CFO
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Track cash positions and assist with cash forecasting
Reconcile bank statements+ Prepare general ledger postings and statements
Research and correct discrepancies as necessary, maintaining proper documentation
Assist with streamlining processes through automation where possible
Any other task as may be assigned
