$48 per hour
3 month contract
Our client, a leader in CRM software, is seeking an Associate Manager to join their Platform Product Marketing team.  In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of events, third party conferences, community meet-ups and other experiential marketing initiatives. You’ll deliver on a portfolio of events that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth and ACV for the Platform business. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design & development of events strategy at large conferences and beyond 
  • Organize logistics, from beginning to end, for customer-facing events 
  • Create event assets and collateral 
  • Drive registration for online and in-person events and activations 
  • Utilize CRM to manage event campaigns and maintain operational excellence 
  • Scope and recommend innovative and creative event options, including new immersive technologies and entertainment based on program format and budget 
  • Provide clear communication of events program to internal stakeholders and executives; create briefing materials, define roles, timelines and resources 
  • Conduct post event reporting and ROI analysis 
  • Partner with Sales leaders to understand regional business needs and determine the right mix of go-to-market programs that will move the needle on top deals and accounts 
  • Grow our fan base through community events 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including vendors, event agencies, sales leaders and cross-team members in Creative, Campaigns, Events, Product marketing, Trailblazer marketing and more 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university 
  • 1-3 years experience in events 
  • High attention to detail, organization and process 
  • Strong communication skills - oral and written 
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and driving complex event programs to success
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a big plus 
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, presentation and public speaking skills 
  • Confident team player with a Ship, Shipmate, Self mentality
  • Must have flexibility to travel often.
